注: 发放起飞许可的用语顺序应该为:地面风向与风速、跑道号、起飞许可。如修正海平面气压值有变化,在地面风向风速后面加上修正海平面气压。如果五边和起飞交通流量比较大的时候,可以在起飞许可后面加上: “ 离地后脱波(联系进近 XXX.XX ) ” ,由于机场 ATIS 情报通播中有离场频率,所以括号内容可以省略。风向风速可以显示为:地面静风( Wind Calm )和地面风向不定( Wind Variable )
