Sometimes I ask myself —
Why did we join VATPRC in the first place?
Was it for the love of simulation?
The sense of service?
Or just the hope that in this virtual space, we could find something real — trust, teamwork, community?
I still believe those things exist.
But I also know they’ve sometimes been overlooked, misunderstood, or even quietly pushed aside.
I’m not perfect, and I’m not here to fight anyone.
I’m just someone who genuinely wants to make things better —
To help pilots feel respected, to give controllers the support they need,
To see this division grow not by silence, but by conversation.
I know some people may disagree with me —
Some stay silent, some walk away.
But I won’t back down from the belief that VATPRC can be more than what it is now.
If you’ve ever felt the same — that something isn’t working,
Please don’t keep it to yourself. Speak up, ask questions, offer support, or simply stay present.
Because every voice that chooses to be heard becomes part of the future.
Maybe I won’t be the one to change everything.
But at the very least, I want to be the one who didn’t stay quiet,
Who didn’t let comfort outweigh what’s right.
