However, just a suggestion, in future, may official event suggestions be communicated through emails directly to our management team rather than public forums? This is to allow information to be more contained before anything is finalised, to reduce the possibility of any rumor spreading, and allows the management team to organise what will be needed in an interruption-free environment to maximise the quality of preparation and event advertisement.
