Hi, on Vatsim, am I allowed to fly to emergency forced landing aerodromes, as they exist on the eAIP (ZWTL-ZW01, ZWKC-ZW02, ZLJQ-ZL02, ZLYS-ZL03)
It depends on online controller.If have large amount of traffic controller may let you cancel your fault simulation
If no controller online just fine LOL

Of course you can, just make sure you meet the relevant regulations in AIP and VATSIM. Those airports are available for civil use, simply not public for airlines outside of CAAC.
And just a reminder, according to COC B6, “… Pilots are permitted to declare in-flight emergencies only when under air traffic control.“ (but you can still declare you have something malfunction onboard 
)

ok, but am I allowed to fly a scheduled route to these airports? (I don’t have an emergency, i’d just like to fly to these places)
Why cant? Just fly as a domestic flight in China~
