New to Chinese airspace as a whole, is there any way to access charts that aren’t provided by Jeppesen (so therefore can’t be accessed by Charts), or plan flights to such airports on an app like simbrief to airports such as ZWAK or ZWTP as they can’t be accessed by Navigraph?

well actually，the two airport you have mentioned (ZWAK & ZWTP）are both Military civilian joint use airport，the chart of this kind of airport is generally NOT provide by either jeppesen （unless you have a relevant addon）nor other ways，you can select civil airport as much as possible to avoid this problem.

Nav Data for those airports are illegal to spread in public, you can try joining some local comunnities to find someone who (illegally) owns them. Just like how other illegal things being traded underneath.
