关于在三亚洋区空域试行加入Specialists的通知

各位飞行员、各位管制员：

自 2025-05-22T16:00:00Z 起，三亚洋区空域试行Specialists，试行时长三个月。

规定如下：

  • Specialists管制员的水平管制区域仅限于三亚洋区空域（ZJSY_O_CTR）。
  • Specialists管制员的垂直管制空域为FL140-FL410之间。
  • Specialists管制员不得为洋区空域内的三沙永兴机场(ZJYX)提供任何的管制服务（包括往返海南岛的航班）。
  • 所有飞往军用机场的航班均应被拒绝。
  • Specialists管制员应对任何政治行为零容忍，并对此负责。
  • 所有Specialists管制员应当在ATC INFO中标明Specialists ATC。
  • 所有Specialists管制员必须了解相关的管制移交协议。
  • 三亚洋区空域实施纯英语管制。

Dear Pilots and Controllers,

Starting from 2025-05-22T16:00:00Z , the Sanya Oceanic Airspace will implement the Specialists for a trial period of three months.

Note:

  • The horizontal control airspace for Specialists controllers is limited to the Sanya Oceanic Airspace(ZJSY_O_CTR).
  • The vertical control airspace for Specialists controllers ranges from FL140 to FL410.
  • Specialists controllers must not provide any air traffic control services for Sansha Yongxing Airport (ZJYX) within the oceanic airspace (including flights to and from Hainan Island).
  • All flights destined for military airports must be denied.
  • Specialists controllers must maintain zero tolerance for any political actions and will be held accountable for this.
  • All Specialists controllers must indicate Specialists ATC in ATC INFO.
  • All Specialists controllers must be familiar with the relevant Letters of Agreement.
  • The Sanya Oceanic Airspace will operate exclusively in English.
